We operate a dedicated telephone and email helpdesk.
Our technicians can connect directly and securely to your desktops and servers to diagnose problems remotely, allowing most telephone support calls to be resolved there and then. If required, we can attend site too.
Our standard helpdesk package covers most cases with 9am to 6pm availability, but we know that not all companies are the same. If your firm requires extra, extended, helpdesk cover for your early-bird and night-owl workers we can offer cover up to 13 hours a day, Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm during the weekends & UK bank holidays.
